Plateau CP Visits Attacked Community, Assures Victims of Justice

The Commissioner of Police in Plateau State has visited a community recently affected by a deadly attack, assuring residents that those responsible will be identified and brought to justice.

During the visit, the police chief met with community leaders, victims and other stakeholders to assess the situation and express solidarity with those affected by the incident.

He condemned the attack and described the loss of lives and destruction of property as unfortunate and unacceptable.

The commissioner assured residents that security agencies had intensified investigations and were working to apprehend the perpetrators.

According to him, measures have also been put in place to strengthen security in the area and prevent a recurrence of similar attacks.

He urged members of the community to remain calm and cooperate with security personnel by providing useful information that could aid ongoing investigations.

The police chief stressed the importance of community participation in efforts to maintain peace and improve security across the state.

He also assured victims and their families that the police would pursue justice and ensure that those involved in the attack are held accountable for their actions.

Community leaders welcomed the visit and called for sustained security presence to restore confidence among residents.

They appealed to the government and security agencies to provide additional support to affected families and help communities recover from the impact of the violence.

The commissioner reiterated the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to protecting lives and property while working closely with other security agencies to maintain peace in Plateau State.

He further encouraged residents to remain vigilant and continue supporting efforts aimed at promoting lasting peace and stability in the affected communities.
