NAQS Releases Recruitment Shortlist, Sets CBT for August 20
The Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service has announced that applicants can now check the status of their applications for its ongoing recruitment exercise.
The notice was signed by the Director of Human Resources, ACG Issaka Ahmed, and posted on the agency’s official X handle.
Applicants are directed to visit the official recruitment portal, recruitment.naqs.gov.ng, and use their registered details to view their status. Those whose applications have progressed to the next stage have been advised to prepare for the Computer-Based Test.
The CBT will hold online through the same recruitment portal starting on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Further details on the exact schedule will be sent to successful applicants via their registered email addresses.
NAQS urged all applicants to remain vigilant and rely only on information released through official channels. The announcement comes after the agency earlier postponed the shortlist release, which had been scheduled for August 13, to ensure a thorough and transparent process.
The recruitment exercise, which ran from July 28 to August 10, attracted 606,928 attempted applications, of which 407,659 were successfully submitted.
