The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has urged media organizations to intensify voter education and ethical reporting for the February 21 FCT Area Council elections.  At an Abuja forum, Commissioner Malam Mohammed Haruna emphasized that the media is vital for public perception and electoral credibility.
