NABTEB Releases 2026 NBC, NTC Results, Records 81% Pass Rate

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board has released the results of the 2026 National Business Certificate and National Technical Certificate examinations, recording an overall pass rate of 81 per cent.

The results cover candidates who participated in the 2026 examinations conducted by the board across various centres in the country.

NABTEB said the latest performance reflects continued progress in technical and vocational education, with a significant proportion of candidates meeting the requirements for certification.

The board also highlighted the performance of candidates in key subjects and technical areas, noting improvements in the quality of results recorded in the examination.

Officials said the outcome further demonstrates the importance of strengthening technical and vocational education as a pathway for equipping young Nigerians with practical skills needed in the labour market.

The board reiterated its commitment to maintaining credible examination standards while improving the efficiency of its assessment and result-processing systems.

Candidates who participated in the examination are expected to access their results through the designated NABTEB result-checking platform.

NABTEB encouraged successful candidates to use their qualifications and acquired technical skills to pursue further education, entrepreneurship and employment opportunities.
