Obi-Kwankwaso Alliance is Healing Ticket’ for Nigeria, Says Galadima
A chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Buba Galadima, has described the political alliance between Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso as Nigeria’s “healing ticket,” saying it is intended to promote national unity and address the country’s longstanding challenges.
Speaking during an interview with ARISE NEWS, Galadima said the partnership is built on a shared vision of bridging ethnic and religious divides, fostering reconciliation between Northern Nigeria and the Southeast, and forming a government focused on national development.
He dismissed suggestions that the alliance is simply a political calculation, maintaining that it represents a sincere effort to restore trust among Nigeria’s diverse regions.
Galadima also said Peter Obi should be regarded as a national leader rather than being defined by his ethnic background. He added that, if elected, an Obi-Kwankwaso administration would prioritise security, agriculture, education, economic recovery, job creation, skills development, food security and the promotion of local manufacturing.
