The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has commended the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, for his role in repositioning the sector as he marked his 71st birthday on Sunday.

The Executive Director, Marine and Operations at the NPA, Olalekan Badmus, described Oyetola as “a visionary leader whose humility and commitment to national service continue to inspire many.”

Badmus praised the minister’s efforts to drive sustainable growth in the marine and blue economy, noting that his “passion for excellence and inclusive development is evident in his leadership style.”

“As my leader and mentor, I join countless admirers across the country in celebrating you today. May the Almighty continue to grant you sound health, divine wisdom, and greater strength as you steer the ship of the ministry and contribute to the progress of our dear nation,” he said.
