US Companies Dominate 2026 List of Largest Mobile Healthcare Apps
All 10 companies featured in Healthcare Digital’s 2026 ranking of the largest mobile healthcare apps are headquartered in the United States, with CVS Health topping the list with reported revenue of $407 billion.
The ranking, published by Healthcare Digital and shared by Statisense, places Best Buy’s Lively second with $41.7 billion in revenue, while Teladoc Health ranks third with $2.53 billion.
Hims & Hers occupies the fourth position with $2.35 billion in revenue, followed by WeightWatchers with $785.9 million and Doximity with $644.9 million.
Ro ranks seventh on the list with reported revenue of $598 million, while MyFitnessPal takes eighth place with $300 million.
Calm and Headspace complete the top 10, ranking ninth and 10th with revenues of $210 million and $140 million respectively.
The companies operate across various segments of the digital healthcare industry, including telehealth, fitness and wellness, mental health, weight management and mobile healthcare services.
The ranking highlights the strong presence of US-based companies in the rapidly expanding mobile healthcare sector, with the listed firms collectively reporting hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue.
