₦400 Million Peller Mansion Is Small Money, More Gifts Coming, Says Billionaire

Real estate billionaire, King Ochacho, who made headlines after gifting TikTok sensation Peller and his wife Jarvis a ₦400 million mansion at their wedding, has described the gesture as small money and revealed that even bigger giveaways are already in the pipeline.

Ochacho, whose full name is King Mohamed Adah and who founded Ochacho Real Homes, made the comments during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s lavish wedding held in Lagos on August 1.

Speaking during the livestream, Ochacho insisted that the value of the mansion was nothing compared to what his family was capable of giving. He said that ₦400 million meant almost nothing to his children, comparing it jokingly to a mere ₦400, and added that anyone in need of financial help or school fees could reach out to his son Ice King.

He described the Abuja mansion he presented to Peller as only the beginning, promising that it would end up being the smallest gift the TikTok star receives from him.

According to Ochacho, the decision to gift the property came after a conversation with his children, who suggested that Peller should live close to Palace 7, one of Abuja’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, where property values start from around ₦400 million.

The announcement, made in front of a room full of guests and celebrities during the wedding ceremony, drew loud applause on the night and quickly went viral across social media afterward.

Peller, who appeared visibly overwhelmed by the gesture, later recalled that his invitation to Ochacho at music executive Soso Soberekon’s wedding months earlier had originally been made in jest. He said he never expected the businessman to take the invitation seriously, only for Ochacho to show up and follow through with an even bigger surprise than anyone anticipated.

Since the wedding, Ochacho has announced fresh plans tied to the music career of his son, Ice King, whom he has been actively promoting.

He revealed that he would be giving out ₦100,000 each to 30 people who submit the best videos created using his son’s new song, with payments scheduled for August 9 and August 16.

He also disclosed plans to mark Ice King’s upcoming thirteenth birthday with further giveaways, including paying school fees for members of the public as part of the celebrations.

King Mohamed Adah built his fortune through Ochacho Real Homes, a real estate company operating primarily in Abuja. He first drew wide public attention after pledging to support Peller’s wedding at Soso Soberekon’s ceremony months earlier, a promise he has now delivered on in dramatic fashion.

His growing social media presence and string of high-profile gestures have made him one of the most talked-about billionaires in Nigeria in recent weeks.
