Davido’s 13-Track ‘Oriadé’ Album for July 31 Release

Afrobeats star, Davido has revealed the official tracklist for his upcoming sixth studio album, Oriadé, ahead of its scheduled release on Friday, July 31.

The singer announced the 13-song project on Tuesday through his official social media platforms and website, confirming that the album will be released on streaming platforms while a store-exclusive compact disc is already available for pre-order.

In a message accompanying the announcement, Davido described the album as a project that reflects musical excellence and signalled the beginning of a new chapter in his career.

The album features collaborations with several Nigerian and international artistes, including Black Sherif, Mayorkun, Aya Nakamura, Jazzwrld, GL_Ceejay, N01i, FOLA, Leon Thomas and Llona.

According to the released tracklist, the project opens with On the Road and includes songs such as Amazing Grace featuring Black Sherif, Julie, Constantly, I Know Who I Be featuring Jazzwrld and GL_Ceejay, Gimme Dat Ting featuring N01i, B4 B4 featuring Mayorkun and FOLA, Already Falling, Tell Everybody featuring Leon Thomas, Ya Ya featuring Aya Nakamura, Zanzibar, Guide and My Light featuring Llona.

Oriadé explores themes including identity, purpose, legacy and national pride while combining the talents of established Nigerian performers with international collaborators.

The announcement comes just days before the album’s official release as fans anticipate Davido’s latest body of work following his previous studio projects.
