Philanthropist and social media personality, King Mitchy, has revealed how she gets funding for her charity work following a question from entertainer Carter Efe during a recent live stream.
Responding to Carter Efe’s inquiry on how she raises money to support people, King Mitchy explained that donations often come unexpectedly from individuals who reach out to her privately.
According to her, supporters frequently send her money specifically to be distributed to those in need.
She further claimed that prominent individuals are among those who support her charity efforts, mentioning Seyi Tinubu by name. “Most times I get support, people send me money to give out. People just message me randomly Like people just message me like seyi Tinubu now he just messaged me randomly,” she said during the live session.
King Mitchy added that the financial support she has received over time runs into over ₦100 million from Seyi Tinubu, “Like seyi tinubu has given me more than 100 million yeah more than” enabling her to consistently provide assistance to vulnerable individuals through her charity initiatives.
Her comments have since sparked conversations online about celebrity-backed philanthropy and transparency in charitable giving.
