Gunman Killed After Opening Fire at Old Dominion University

On the morning of March 12, 2026, a gunman invaded Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. The assailant entered Constant Hall around 11:00 am and opened fire on those inside.Â
This sudden attack caused immediate panic as students and staff scrambled for safety.
Two people were injured during the shooting, though the extent of their injuries was not specified. Security operatives responded quickly and engaged the suspect.
