Former President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer has metastasized to his bones and other parts of his body, causing significant pain and debilitating physical effects, his son Hunter Biden revealed in a BBC interview.

Speaking during a wide-ranging appearance on *BBC Newsnight*, an emotional Hunter described his 83-year-old father’s health condition as “really sad to watch,” explaining that the disease has progressed substantially since its initial public diagnosis.

“The cancer has spread, metastasized into his bones and further,” Hunter stated, adding: “It’s very painful and it’s very debilitating in many respects. The only thing that I’d say about my dad, about his health right now, is I wish he would complain more, because it’s not good.”

Despite the severe physical toll and ongoing health challenges, Hunter noted that the former president remains determined to participate in public dialogue and speak out on critical national issues, remarking that his father is “still out there” and remains deeply committed to the country.

During the interview, Hunter also reflected on the controversial presidential pardon granted to him by his father before leaving office, acknowledging that while he remains deeply grateful for the protection it afforded him against political retribution, the decision was “not good” for his father’s presidential legacy, the Constitution, or the American public.
