Mob Apprehends Suspects Removing Oyo APC Candidate’s Campaign Posters

A group of residents in Oyo State have intercepted suspected vandals allegedly removing campaign signage belonging to the All Progressives Congress gubernatorial candidate, Sharafadeen Alli. The incident was captured in a video circulating on social media.

In the footage, several people can be seen carrying stacks of the candidate’s posters and banners away from an outdoor location. Some of the materials feature Alli’s image and campaign slogans promoting him for the 2027 governorship election.

The confrontation appears to have taken place in a green, open area with nearby vegetation.

Individuals in the video are shown handling large quantities of the printed materials while others look on.

Reactions to the video have varied, with some viewers describing the act as wrong and others questioning the circumstances surrounding the removal of the posters. The exact location and full details of the incident have not been officially confirmed.

Campaign materials play an important role in political visibility, and their removal often sparks tension among supporters. As of the latest updates, there has been no official statement from the police or the APC candidate’s team on the matter.
