Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress in the state to unite and work towards securing President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 presidential election.

Oyebanji made the call while addressing members of the party, stressing the need for unity, commitment and effective mobilisation ahead of the election.

The governor urged APC members across the state to strengthen the party at the grassroots and ensure that its supporters remain committed to the party’s objectives.

He said the achievements recorded by the Tinubu administration should be effectively communicated to the people, noting that the party must continue to engage citizens and explain the impact of government policies.

Oyebanji also appealed to party leaders and supporters to avoid internal disagreements that could weaken the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.

According to him, the party’s strength depends on the ability of its members to work together, resolve differences and remain focused on a common political objective.

The governor further urged APC members in Ekiti to sustain their support for the administration at both the state and federal levels, assuring that the party would continue to pursue programmes aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians.

He said the state chapter of the party would intensify its mobilisation efforts and ensure that members across the various wards and local government areas were fully prepared for the upcoming electoral contest.

Oyebanji expressed confidence that with unity and coordinated efforts, the APC would achieve victory in Ekiti and contribute significantly to Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
