Nigerian real estate mogul, Mohammed Odeh Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has officially handed TikTok influencer Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, documents for a property valued at N400 million.

The documents were presented to Peller during a livestream on Friday, following Ochacho’s earlier promise to gift him a house in celebration of his wedding to Amadou Elizabeth, popularly known as Jarvis.

At the handover, Ochacho presented Peller with the property’s payment receipt, allocation letter and a Power of Attorney granting him legal authority over the property.

The businessman said he had fully paid the company handling the property to ensure it would be registered in Peller’s name.

According to Ochacho, the property sits on 400 square metres and comprises a fully detached duplex, a boys’ quarters and a penthouse.

He further disclosed that construction of the property would be completed within 60 days, adding that he would also provide cabinets and other furniture for the house.

The businessman said the property was only a small part of what he intended to do for Peller, after the influencer reportedly told him that some people had expressed doubts about whether the promised house would actually be delivered.

Peller attended the handover with members of his team, including his lawyer, while music producer Soso Soberekon was also present at the event.

Ochacho also acknowledged Soberekon’s relationship with Peller, describing the producer as someone with whom he shared a close connection.

The real estate businessman had announced the house gift the previous week following Peller’s wedding to Jarvis.

While presenting the documents, Ochacho said the property was one of the ways he intended to support the young influencer, stressing that he preferred to demonstrate his commitments through actions rather than words.
