Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha and street-pop singer, Portable will step into the ring today for their highly anticipated rematch.

The bout, tagged “Unfinished Business,” holds at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The fight is a rematch of their earlier controversial encounter, which Okocha has insisted was not fairly judged in Portable’s favour. Both men have traded strong words during the build-up, with tempers flaring at recent face-offs and the final weigh-in.

Okocha has promised chaos in the ring and said the contest would be a serious fight, not just noise and posturing. Portable, true to his style, has continued to taunt his opponent and vowed to prove once again that he is the better fighter.

The promoter of the event, Dr Ezekiel Adamu, described the clash as unfinished business. The card also features other bouts, including an influencer fight between Mr Real and Idowest, as well as professional contests involving Yusuf Adeniji, Rilwan Lawal, and several other boxers.

The event has generated massive online attention, with organisers reporting billions of video views and digital impressions from previous editions. Winners of the main bouts are expected to receive brand-new electric vehicles as prizes.
