Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has approved the full payment of medical bills for veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu, who is currently undergoing treatment for a severe health condition.

The gesture was announced by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Entertainment and Tourism, Martyn Justice, following a visit to the hospital where the acclaimed actress is receiving care.

Justice confirmed that Governor Otti directed the immediate settlement of all outstanding medical expenses to ensure the veteran screen icon receives uninterrupted, high-quality medical treatment.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the creative industry, representative associations and colleagues commended the Abia State Government for its swift intervention and compassionate support toward the veteran actress during her health trial.
