Sandra Onyenucheya Fires Back at Frank Edoho, Denies Infidelity, Accuses TV Host of Cheating

Sandra Onyenucheya, the ex-wife of veteran television broadcaster, Frank Edoho, has broken her silence on the swirling rumours surrounding the collapse of their marriage, categorically denying allegations of infidelity and turning the spotlight squarely on the former Who Wants to Be a Millionaire host with a series of explosive counterclaims

The development comes days after Edoho went public on Instagram to confirm what had been an open secret in entertainment circles that the couple had been quietly separated for nearly two years, with divorce proceedings already underway in court.

Edoho, who described the experience as deeply private, maintained that he had already made peace with the situation emotionally and expressed no desire to enter another committed relationship.

His public statement, however, came against the backdrop of online speculation linking popular singer Chike to the breakdown of the marriage. Social media had been awash with unverified claims that Sandra had been romantically involved with the musician while still married to Edoho allegations that neither Chike nor Sandra had, until now, publicly addressed.

In a striking reversal, Sandra took to her Instagram stories on Wednesday to share her own account of the marriage, making clear she would not allow the narrative to go unchallenged. In a clip pointedly titled “Surviving A Bitch Ass Nigga, Frank Edoho,” the interior designer argued that her continued silence risked reinforcing a false portrayal of her ex-husband as the wronged party. She flatly denied the claims of an affair, and instead accused Edoho of conducting multiple prolonged affairs during their marriage infidelities she alleged involved several celebrities and spanned a number of years.

Sandra also levelled accusations of financial neglect against Edoho, painting a picture of a marriage that had been troubled well before its formal end.

Her posts, which drew significant attention online, offered a starkly different account from the composed, forward-looking tone Edoho had struck in his own statement.

The couple had married in 2013, initially through a traditional ceremony, with Sandra pregnant at the time with their first child. They welcomed a second child in 2016 before formalising the union with a low-key white wedding.

The marriage officially ended in December 2022, though Edoho only acknowledged the separation publicly in 2025.

It is not the first time Edoho’s personal life has attracted attention. His first marriage to broadcaster Katherine Obiang, which lasted seven years from 2003 to 2010, ended with Katherine citing domestic violence. The two share three children. Edoho himself had, just prior to his public announcement, shared strong opinions about infidelity on X, warning that men who forgive cheating partners invite further disrespect comments that took on a charged dimension once the details of his own marital breakdown became public knowledge, and which drew sharp criticism from social media users who felt his position was inconsistent with Sandra’s version of events.

As of the time of this report, Frank Edoho had not responded to Sandra’s allegations. Neither had Chike issued any statement regarding the claims linking him to the affair rumours.

The online discourse surrounding the matter, however, shows no sign of dying down.
