Soludo Appoints Key Officials, Advisers to Strengthen Anambra Administration

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has approved a series of appointments covering senior administrative positions and special advisory roles in Anambra State.

The appointments, announced in a statement issued in Awka by the governor’s Press Secretary, Mr. Christian Aburime, are aimed at enhancing governance and improving service delivery across the state.

Among the key appointees is Mrs. Ngozi Iwouno, who will serve as Head of Service, and Mrs. Joachim Anetoh, named Principal Secretary to the Governor.

Others include Dr. Ben Nwankwo as Chief of Staff, Prof. Frank-Collins Okafor as State Chief of Protocol, and Mr. Tobechukwu Nweke (SAN) as Attorney-General of the state.

Additional appointments include Dr. Vincent Okechi as Deputy Chief of Staff, Ms. Ngozi Okoye as Deputy State Chief of Protocol, and Mr. Christian Aburime as Chief Press Secretary.

The governor also named Dr. Godwin Nnadozie as Special Adviser on Medicals and Pharmaceuticals, while Ms. Chinwe Okoli will serve as Special Adviser on Innovation and Business Incubation, as well as Chief Executive Officer of the Solution Innovation District.

Prof. Ebuka Nwankwo was appointed Special Adviser on Special Projects and Director of Project Evaluation and Monitoring, and Mr. Ken Emeakayi will serve as Special Adviser on Community Security.

According to the statement, the appointments take immediate effect as part of efforts to strengthen the state’s administrative structure and coordination of government initiatives.
