Nigerian Woman Shares Heartbreaking Story of Abuse, Infidelity at the Hands of Ex-Husband

A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to share her painful experience of abuse and infidelity at the hands of her ex-husband. In a video posted on TikTok, she recounted how her life took a turn for the worse after she overheard a conversation between her husband and his mistress.

According to her story, the shocking find led to her hospitalization and premature delivery of her baby that did not breathe for a couple of minutes. She asserted that her former husband subjected her to emotional and physical abuse during marriage and she was suffering from postpartum depression after the birth of her fourth child, days after the death of her brother.

Despite the trouble she had, the lady emerged strong and determined to carry on. She proclaimed her defiance and unwillingness to be labeled by what she had gone through and stated that she is a queen and a survivor who is unapologetic about her story.

In her own words: “My life didn’t end when I got married at 19 and gave birth at 20. I went into shock 37 weeks pregnant after I overheard one of my husband’s girlfriends on the phone telling him something about me. I was rushed to the hospital and labour had to be induced because my baby had already engaged because of the shock.”

The woman’s story has had a massive reaction on social media, with many users commenting on it and cheering her on in the comments section. Some users shared their own stories of cheating and abuse, while others shared words of support and encouragement.
