First Batch of Jigawa Pilgrims Returns Safely from Saudi Arabia

The first batch of Jigawa State pilgrims has returned safely from Saudi Arabia, landing at Nuhu Muhammad Sanusi International Airport in Dutse. The flight, operated by Max Air, arrived at 2:57 pm, carrying 549 pilgrims, including men and women.
The Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board reports that 381 pilgrims remain in the Holy Land, expected to return on a second and final flight next Monday. Upon arrival, the pilgrims expressed heartfelt gratitude to the government and the Hajj Commission for their care and support during the pilgrimage.
The successful return of the pilgrims marks the end of a spiritual journey for the Jigawa State faithful, who were accompanied by representatives of the Hajj Committee, officials of the state pilgrims’ welfare board, and clerics. The state government’s efforts to ensure a smooth pilgrimage experience have been acknowledged and appreciated by the returning pilgrims.
