The Ondo State Police Command have commenced an investigation into the death of a senior member of the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Church, Elder Omotayo Fajana, whose lifeless body was discovered in a hotel room in Akungba-Akoko, Akoko South-West Local Government Area of the state.

The deceased, a respected church elder, was reportedly in the town for a religious engagement when the tragic incident occurred.
