Frank Edoho Speaks on Emotional Struggles, Fear of Dying From Heartbreak
Popular television presenter, Frank Edoho has spoken candidly about emotional trauma, saying he never wants pain caused by a woman to define the end of his life.
Edoho made the remarks during a recent appearance on the YouTube programme Outside The Box, where he discussed the emotional pressure many men endure privately and the challenges attached to manhood.
According to him, he hopes to be remembered for bringing happiness to people and living a life marked by kindness rather than emotional regret. He said he would rather leave the world knowing he positively impacted others than wishing he had lived longer.
The veteran broadcaster also highlighted what he described as the silent suffering among men, noting that many suppress their struggles and rarely speak about their emotional burdens.
He said numerous men carry their pain alone for years, with some never opening up before their deaths.
Edoho further revealed that he personally experienced a prolonged period of emotional darkness some years ago, explaining that he battled through it privately for nearly two years without seeking help from friends or colleagues.
He recalled feeling overwhelmed during the period but eventually finding the strength to rebuild himself and recover from the experience.
