Third Batch of Kwara Pilgrims Depart for 2026 Hajj
The third batch of pilgrims from Kwara State has left for Saudi Arabia to participate in the 2026 Hajj exercise. The pilgrims departed amid prayers and well wishes from their families and loved ones.
This latest group adds to the growing number of Kwara indigenes already on the holy journey.
The Kwara State Pilgrims Welfare Board has been coordinating the exercise smoothly. Officials ensured that all necessary arrangements, including transportation and documentation, were properly handled before departure.
The state government continues to provide support to make the pilgrimage comfortable and successful for its citizens.
Hajj remains a very important religious duty for Muslims, and thousands of Nigerians travel to Saudi Arabia every year. The successful departure of this third batch from Kwara shows good preparation and organisation by the state. More batches are expected to follow in the coming days.
Families of the pilgrims expressed joy and relief as their loved ones began the spiritual journey. They prayed for their safety and for Allah to accept their acts of worship. The pilgrims themselves were excited and hopeful for a fulfilling Hajj experience.
This development is part of the wider 2026 Hajj operations across Nigeria. The smooth process in Kwara State has been commended by many. As the pilgrims perform the sacred rites in Mecca and Medina, Nigerians continue to pray for their safe return and the acceptance of their Hajj.
