Anambra Woman Pleads for Forgiveness After Allegedly Making $300 From Child Abuse Content
An Anambra State woman, Anulika Onyeanusia, 36, has appealed to Nigerians for forgiveness following her arrest over the alleged sexual abuse of her daughters and production of sexual content involving a minor.
Onyeanusia was arrested in Onitsha a few days ago after a disturbing livestream involving her daughter was circulated online, sparking widespread outrage and calls for authorities to intervene.
During preliminary investigations, the suspect reportedly admitted to producing the material for financial gain, revealing that she received as much as $300 from the content.
She also reportedly pleaded for forgiveness, saying, “Forgive me, the devil caused it.”
The case has continued to generate concern over the protection of children from sexual exploitation and abuse, with authorities expected to proceed with further investigations.
