Incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke of the Accord Party is currently leading the Osun State governorship election with 250,658 votes, representing 50.4 per cent of the results so far declared. His running mate is Kola Adenusi.

Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress is in second place with 225,534 votes, or 45.3 per cent. His running mate is Benjamin Adereti. The gap between the two leading candidates stands at just over 25,000 votes based on the figures available.

Najeem Salaam of the African Democratic Congress has secured 8,538 votes, amounting to 1.7 per cent, with Yemisi Agiri as his running mate. Adeyemi-Doro of the All Progressives Grand Alliance trails with 2,038 votes, or 0.4 per cent.

The results cover the South West zone and involve 30 local government areas and 332 wards. Collation is still ongoing, and the figures remain subject to change as more results are uploaded and verified by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Voters turned out across the state for the governorship poll, with security agencies and electoral officials overseeing the process. Final official results will be announced once collation is completed at all levels.
