The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has confirmed the sad death of one of its students, Favour Olaniyi.

The 100-level student in the Department of Surveying and Geoinformatics was found dead near his off-campus apartment. The incident happened on Saturday and has left the university community in shock.
