Kwara Governor Praises Emir of Ilorin on 30th Coronation Anniversary

 

The Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness Ibrahim Sulu‑Gambari (CFR), recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of his coronation, marking three decades of leadership and service to the Ilorin Emirate in Kwara State.

The milestone was commemorated with accolades from government officials, traditional rulers, and community leaders, recognizing the Emir’s enduring contributions to peace, unity, and development.

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Emir, lauding his dedication to public service and his role as Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Council of Chiefs.

The governor emphasized the Emir’s pivotal role in fostering inter-religious harmony, cultural preservation, and socio-economic progress within the state.

Over the course of his 30-year reign, the Emir has overseen significant transformations in Ilorin, including improvements in educational infrastructure, urban development, and community engagement initiatives.
