Soludo’s Daughter Mobilises Women Leaders for City Boy Movement in Anambra
Ifeatu Soludo, Anambra State Women Leader of the City Boy Movement, has met with women coordinators and their deputies across the 21 local government areas of the state as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting focused on improving coordination and reinforcing commitment among members of the political support group, which is working to expand its influence at the community level.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Soludo described the engagement as a productive session and highlighted the importance of dedication among participants, noting that the group’s activities are guided by clear timelines and objectives.
She also emphasised the role of women in driving the movement’s agenda, describing them as central to its organisational strength and outreach.
According to her, the discussions with the local government coordinators were aimed at aligning strategies and encouraging active participation in ongoing mobilisation efforts across the state.
Soludo expressed confidence in the capacity of women within the group to contribute meaningfully to its objectives, adding that their energy and commitment would be critical to achieving set goals.
She further reiterated that the City Boy Movement is focused on structured political engagement and grassroots organisation as it positions itself ahead of the next general elections.
The development follows her earlier appointment as Anambra State Women Leader of the City Boy Movement, a political support group aligned with the President Bola Tinubu, with responsibilities for coordinating women’s activities across the state.
