Claims of Saudi Support for US, Israel Military Against Iran Unverified
Reports circulating on social media alleging that Saudi Arabia has granted permission for the United States and Israel to use its territory, airspace, and facilities for operations against Iran have not been confirmed by credible sources.
Major news agencies and official Saudi statements have not substantiated the claim.
On the contrary, Riyadh has previously reiterated that it will not allow its soil or airspace to be used for offensive military actions against any country.
Authorities in Saudi Arabia have also emphasized neutrality in the ongoing escalation between Western allies and Iran.
The rumour emerged amid heightened regional tensions following military exchanges between Israel, the United States, and Iran.
However, analysts caution that unverified posts on social media often spread misinformation during conflict situations.
As of now, no official announcement from Saudi government sources or recognized international media supports the assertion that Saudi Arabia has authorized military use of its infrastructure for strikes on Iran.
