APC Salutes Citizens’ Resilience, Lauds Tinubu’s Reforms

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated Nigerians on the country’s 65th Independence anniversary, lauding their resilience, sacrifices, and unyielding patriotism despite prevailing socio-economic challenges.

In a statement issued on Wednesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the ruling party applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his bold and decisive reforms, which it described as laying a solid foundation for economic stability and long-term growth.

“The All Progressives Congress congratulates all Nigerians on the occasion of the 65th Independence anniversary of our dear nation. It is a new dawn of great and infinite possibilities in our onward march of progress,” Morka said.

He noted that the president’s policies, though tough, were necessary to reposition the country on the path of prosperity, stressing that the APC remains committed to supporting the administration’s efforts to deliver good governance.

The statement further paid tribute to Nigeria’s founding fathers, acknowledging their sacrifices and patriotism which birthed a united nation rich in ethnic, religious, and cultural diversity.

“Our Party salutes the labour of our founding fathers, their struggles, sacrifices, and patriotism that bequeathed to us a nation united in its rich ethnic, religious and cultural diversity, and in its unstoppable and confident quest for enduring greatness,” Morka added.

The APC urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and steadfast, assuring that the government’s ongoing reforms would yield positive results that would improve lives and restore confidence in the nation’s economy and democratic system.
