Housemates See Each Other Naked, Says Ex-BBNaija Star Adekunle

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Adekunle Olapade, has revealed that nudity is a regular part of life in the reality show, insisting that contestants often see each other unclad during their stay in the house.

Adekunle, who participated in the Level Up season in 2022 and later returned for the All Stars edition in 2023, made the disclosure while speaking in a recent podcast interview with Pulse.

His remarks followed the controversy generated by intimate videos of current housemates Koyin and Isabella, as well as Jason Jae and Sultana, which have sparked debates among fans and viewers of the show.

According to him, the communal living arrangement of the show makes it impossible for contestants not to see one another without clothes, a situation he said naturally encourages attraction.

“A lot of people who watch Big Brother Naija reality show are very hypocritical. Secondly, there is actually nothing wrong with two people who like each other deciding to get intimate. All the housemates see each other naked, in case you don’t know. So, you cannot be in a house with somebody that you see without clothes almost every day and not be attracted to the person. It won’t work,” he said.

Adekunle maintained that viewers should be less judgmental about housemates’ personal choices, arguing that intimacy in the house is almost inevitable given the close living conditions.

His comments have since stirred mixed reactions online, with some social media users supporting his position while others called for stricter rules on nudity and intimacy in the show.
