My Corpse Won’t Be Found’: Odumeje Predicts Mysterious Death

Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, widely known as Odumeje, has sparked fresh controversy after declaring that when he dies, his body will never be found.

In a now-viral video from a recent church service, monitored on Monday, the flamboyant Onitsha-based preacher told his congregation that his time on earth was nearing its end, but insisted that his departure would not follow normal human patterns.

According to him, his death will be shrouded in mystery as part of his divine assignment.

“I am the strongest spiritual man in the world after the general TB Joshua. We are not many, we are just two. One has done his job. When I die, no one will see my corpse. I do not have much time here. Our mission is to clear the doubt of Jesus Christ. One mission, one God, and one power,” Odumeje declared.

The self-styled “Lion himself” told his followers that his calling was never about longevity but about fulfilling a unique spiritual mandate.

He described himself as “the dead man walking,” claiming his role was simply to complete his task and return home.

“One has completed his mission and returned home; now it’s just the Lion himself, the dead man,” he added, referring to the late Prophet TB Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, whom he described as his only equal.

Odumeje, famed for his dramatic style of preaching, controversial prophecies, and unconventional church practices, has often drawn both criticism and cult-like devotion from the public.

His latest prophecy has already ignited widespread debate on social media, with many questioning the validity of his claim while others expressed concern over what they see as a dangerous glorification of death.

Despite the uproar, the cleric appeared unbothered, insisting that his departure when it comes will serve as proof of his extraordinary spiritual powers.
