Agulu Youths Sound Alarm Over Politicians’ Jabs at Peter Obi

A group of young people from Agulu community in Anambra State’s Anaocha Local Government Area are up in arms over politicians’ snide comments about former Governor Peter Obi.

In a strongly-worded statement, the youths warned politicians to keep the peace and avoid disparaging remarks about Obi while campaigning in their community.

The group’s leaders, Maduagwu Eric-Kenny and Chamberlain Egoh, made it clear that Agulu people won’t take kindly to politicians who try to trash Obi’s reputation. They pointed out that some politicians who have benefited from Obi’s generosity and support in the past are now resorting to name-calling and mudslinging.

The youths emphasized that Obi’s name carries significant weight, not just in Nigerian politics but globally. They vowed to defend his image and reputation, and warned politicians that any attempts to malign him would be met with peaceful but resolute resistance.
