Adedeji Stresses Role of Communication in Tax Administration
The Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Dr. Zacch Adedeji has stressed the need for effective communication in Tax Administration of any country.
He explained at the 18th West African Tax Forum at Transcorp Hotel, Abuja where he gave a rundown of what his service had achieved through effective interface with the populace.
“Historically, Nigeria has always been at the forefront of promoting international tax cooperation and has been a key contributor to the development of the West African Tax Administration Forum (WATAF),” he said.
He reiterated the FIRS’s commitment to supporting initiatives that drive tax policy development and capacity building not just in Nigeria but across the West African region.
