Trump Miffed, Declares I’m not Happy with Israel over Ceasefire Breach

U.S. President, Donald Trump reportedly harbours feelings of “betrayal” towards Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following Israel’s alleged breach of a newly established ceasefire with Iran by instigating fresh confrontations.

Having personally heralded the ceasefire accord between Israel and Iran mere hours prior, Trump displayed palpable vexation as he prepared for his departure to a NATO summit in Europe.

Addressing the press, he censured both nations for their swift contravention of the truce’s stipulations shortly after its proclamation.

“He was incensed with both Israel and Iran. However, it was evident that a particular intensity of ire was directed at Israel,” Lavelle conveyed, characterizing Trump’s tone as notably severe.

Trump even resorted to profanity during his discourse on the matter, underscoring the magnitude of his discontent.

Lavelle remarked that Trump seemed to experience a profound sense of personal disappointment with Netanyahu.

“He unmistakably feels quite vexed and possibly betrayed by Benjamin Netanyahu,” he stated.

Insiders reveal that Trump had engaged in direct dialogue with Netanyahu on Monday to secure Israel’s adherence to the ceasefire, subsequently liaising with Qatar to obtain Iranian assent for the pact. The swift disintegration of the truce signifies a considerable impediment in Trump’s endeavors to broker a resolution to the ongoing 12-day hostilities.
