Pastor Apprehended for Alleged Sexual Assault of Minor

A Nigerian pastor, identified as Pastor Isah, has been arrested by the authorities for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
The pastor, who is known for his spiritual posts on Facebook, is accused of exploiting his spiritual influence to abuse the minor.
According to sources within the Federal Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), the victim was allegedly assaulted by Pastor Isah, leading to his arrest. The pastor’s Facebook page, which is filled with inspirational posts and prayers, appears to be at odds with the serious allegations against him.
On Father’s Day, June 15, Pastor Isah posted a message thanking God for the gift of fatherhood and praying for all fathers. However, just a few days earlier, on June 11, he posted a message about the importance of standing up for Jesus and being a light in a dark world.
The post quoted Proverbs 28:1, which says, “The wicked flee when no one is pursuing, but the righteous are bold as a lion.”
Despite his online persona, authorities allege that Pastor Isah used his position of trust to exploit the minor. Investigators are handling the case with secrecy due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and the suspect’s standing as a religious leader.
Attempts to reach Pastor Isah for comment were unsuccessful, as he did not respond to calls to his mobile phone.
However, sources claim that some police officers may be working to shield the pastor and prevent his name from being made public.
The case is currently under investigation, and more details are expected to emerge in the coming days. The arrest of Pastor Isah has raised concerns about the abuse of power and trust by religious leaders, and the need for greater accountability and transparency within religious institutions.
