Natasha Secures N50 Million Case in Defamation Case over Akpabio

The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja has released Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan on bail in a defamation case.

 

The court set the bail amount at N50 million, requiring one surety who must be a reputable individual residing in the Federal Capital Territory.

 

The surety is expected to own a property within the Abuja Municipal Area Council and demonstrate reasonable integrity. The court’s decision allows the senator to continue her duties while the case progresses.

 

The senator’s legal troubles stem from allegations of defamation, and her legal team has been working to resolve the matter.

 

The court’s bail decision provides temporary relief as the case continues to unfold .
