Tinubu Has Made Giant National Infrastrural Strides, Setting Records

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communications, Sunday Dare has highlighted the significant strides made by the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration in the area of infrastructure development.
According to Dare, the administration has completed 260 palliative road projects across the country, at a cost of N208 billion, in just two years.
In addition to these projects, the administration has also completed 29 other projects, totaling over N2 trillion. Furthermore, there are currently 4 ongoing legacy projects across the country, which are expected to have a lasting impact on the nation’s infrastructure.
These revelations were made by Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, during a Ministerial Press briefing on Friday.
Umahi praised President Tinubu, describing him as the “Roadmaster” and a man of “uncommon courage” due to his unwavering commitment to developing the country’s road infrastructure.
With 440 ongoing road projects approved by the President, Umahi’s comments are a testament to the administration’s dedication to improving the nation’s transportation network.
The completion of these projects is a significant achievement for the Tinubu administration, which has made infrastructure development a top priority.
The palliative road projects, in particular, are expected to have a positive impact on the daily lives of Nigerians, improving travel times, reducing congestion, and enhancing overall economic productivity.
As the administration prepares to mark its 2nd anniversary in May 2025, President Tinubu is expected to commission some of these newly completed projects.
This move is seen as a way to showcase the administration’s achievements and demonstrate its commitment to delivering on its campaign promises.
The Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, expressed his confidence in the President’s vision, stating that “President Tinubu’s leadership has been instrumental in driving the development of our nation’s infrastructure.
His commitment to improving our road network is unwavering, and we are proud to be a part of this effort.”
The Tinubu administration’s focus on infrastructure development has been widely praised and it is seen as a crucial step towards driving economic growth and improving the overall quality of life for Nigerians.
As the administration continues to work towards completing its ongoing projects, Nigerians can expect to see significant improvements in the country’s infrastructure, which will have a lasting impact on the nation’s development.
