Nigerian music executive and socialite, Soso Soberekon has received an outpouring of congratulatory messages from celebrities including rapper, Odumodu Blvck and singer Waje following the announcement of his engagement.

The well known entertainment figure, known for his flamboyant appearances at celebrity weddings across Nigeria, is set to marry his longtime friend, Ebiere, with reports indicating that the couple had already quietly held their civil wedding in London back in January 2026 before planning a larger traditional ceremony to follow.

According to details making the rounds, the full wedding celebration is scheduled to hold in Warri, with Soso currently in the city to pay the bride price ahead of the event. The ceremony, expected to draw an extensive guest list from Lagos and beyond, is already being described by many as one of the biggest weddings of the year, with the entire Niger Delta social circle anticipated to be in attendance.
