The two siblings lost their lives in a fatal car crash that occurred over the weekend. Kwankwaso extended his heartfelt condolences to the grieving family during this incredibly difficult time.

The victims of the sad incident were identified as Mustapha and his sister, Ummi. The siblings were traveling along the busy Bauchi–Azare highway on Saturday when their vehicle was involved in a severe crash. They were returning home from Azare town when the accident happened, sustaining fatal injuries that led to their sudden deaths.

Upon hearing the heartbreaking news, Kwankwaso joined several other prominent leaders across the country to stand in solidarity with the bereaved former deputy governor. He described the sudden loss of two young lives as a devastating blow not just to the immediate family, but to everyone who knows them. He prayed that the family finds the inner strength and comfort needed to face such an irreplaceable loss.

The tragic event has cast a heavy cloud of grief over Bauchi State, prompting messages of sympathy from the state government and other public figures. Friends, associates, and community members have continued to visit the family home to offer their prayers and support. Many described the late siblings as promising individuals whose lives were cut short too soon.

As the family prepares for the funeral rites, citizens and well-wishers have been urged to keep them in their thoughts and prayers.
