Ojokoro APC Endorse Mobolaji Sanusi as Consensus Candidate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have reaffirmed their endorsement of Mobolaji Sanusi as the party’s consensus candidate.

In a letter addressed to the APC state chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, on Saturday, the party’s apex council released a list of authentic leaders who have thrown their weight behind Sanusi’s candidacy.

This move is seen as a deliberate effort to counter a rival list presented by House of Representatives members Hon. Benjamin Olabinjo and Hon. James Faleke.

The letter, which was sent to reinforce a prior declaration made on Friday, officially recognizing Sanusi as the party’s consensus candidate, is a clear indication that the party’s leadership in Ojokoro is united behind the former Managing Director of Lagos State Signage and Advertising Agency (LASAA).

Sanusi’s endorsement has been gaining momentum, with many party stakeholders expressing confidence in his ability to lead the party to victory in the upcoming elections. The APC leaders in Ojokoro have urged the party chairman to disregard the rival list presented by Hon. Olabinjo and Hon. Faleke, citing it as an attempt to undermine the party’s internal democratic process.

The development is seen as a significant boost to Sanusi’s campaign, as it demonstrates the strong support he enjoys among the party’s leadership in Ojokoro. With the APC leaders closing ranks behind him, Sanusi is now poised to face the challenges of the local council elections with renewed confidence and a united party behind him.

As the elections draw near, the APC in Ojokoro is expected to launch a robust campaign to mobilize support for Sanusi and ensure a resounding victory for the party. With the party’s leadership united behind him, Sanusi is well-placed to make a strong impact in the elections and emerge victorious.
