Nigerian high jumper and national record holder, Temitope Adeshina, has been honoured as the Women’s Field Athlete of the Year for the Mountain Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The recognition comes after Adeshina completed a historic and undefeated indoor season, cementing her status as one of the top collegiate high jumpers in the United States.
