Dabiri-Erewa Mourns Nigerian Woman, Two Children Killed in U.S. Crash

The Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has expressed sorrow over the death of a Nigerian woman, Nihinloluwa Agoro, and her two children in a fatal road accident in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States.

The victims, identified as Temiloluwa and Isaac, reportedly lost their lives alongside their mother on March 15, 2026, while travelling to church.

In a statement issued by the Commission’s media unit, Dabiri-Erewa described the incident as tragic and deeply painful, extending condolences to the bereaved family and the Nigerian community in the United States.

She prayed for the repose of the deceased and comfort for those mourning their loss, while also wishing a quick recovery to individuals who sustained injuries in the accident.

The NiDCOM boss used the opportunity to urge motorists to be more cautious on the roads, emphasising the need to prevent avoidable accidents.

She added that the Commission stands in solidarity with Nigerians in Texas and across the U.S. during the dificult period.
