APC Stakeholders in Sapele Back Senator Dafinone’s 2027 Re-election Bid

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Sapele Local Government Area have formally endorsed Senator Ede Dafinone for a second term in 2027. The decision was reached during a strategic meeting aimed at unifying the party structure in Delta State.
The party leaders praised the Senator representing Delta Central for his “purposeful leadership” and impactful representation at the National Assembly. They noted that his performance has significantly boosted the morale of party members and constituents.
A key highlight of the meeting was the emphasis on Dafinone’s empowerment programs and infrastructure advocacy.
Supporters argued that his continued presence in the Senate is vital for the sustained development of the Urhobo nation.
The stakeholders also used the gathering to pass a vote of confidence in the Senator, citing his accessibility and commitment to grassroots issues.
They described him as a “shining light” who has remained loyal to the party’s ideals.
To ensure victory in the coming elections, the Sapele APC resolved to embark on a massive mobilization drive. They urged all aggrieved members to reconcile and work together to strengthen the party’s influence in the region.
The endorsement is seen as a major boost for Dafinone’s political future as he prepares for the 2027 contest. Leaders concluded that a unified front is the only way to ensure the APC retains its dominant position in Delta Central.
