APC Candidate Praises Peaceful Conduct of Rivers Bye-Election

An APC candidate, Napoleon Ukalikpe has praised the high voter turnout during the Ahoada East Constituency II bye-election on Saturday. 

 

He expressed satisfaction with the large number of citizens who participated early in the democratic process.

 

Ukalikpe commended INEC for the efficient and orderly conduct of the election at his Ogbelle Town polling unit. He described the voting procedure as remarkably smooth and free from the usual technical challenges.

 

The candidate highlighted the effective security arrangements, noting that the heavy presence of personnel ensured a peaceful atmosphere.

 

He reported seeing no disturbances or breaches while visiting various units across the constituency.

 

A key highlight for Ukalikpe was the seamless verification process, crediting President Tinubu and INEC for the technological improvements. He confirmed finding his name easily and casting his ballot without any incidents.

 

Expressing strong optimism, the APC candidate stated that the positive energy at the polls gave him confidence in a victory. He remarked that the transparent process is a reason for Nigerians to be pleased.

 

In conclusion, Ukalikpe reiterated his appreciation for the peaceful nature of the Rivers State bye-election. He emphasized that the professional administration of the polls reflects the steady growth of Nigeria’s electoral system.
