Kano Gov Offers House, Hajj, Umrah to Father of Slain Family

Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has approved a comprehensive welfare package for the father of a family tragically murdered in the Chiranci Dorayi area of the state.
The victims included a mother and her six children, who were brutally killed in their home by unknown assailants.
As part of the government’s support, the Governor granted the grieving father a new house and fully sponsored trips for both Hajj and Umrah. This gesture is intended to provide comfort and relief to the man following the devastating loss of his entire immediate family.
The Governor condemned the attack as “barbaric and senseless,” describing it as a grave assault on humanity.
He has directed security agencies to launch an immediate manhunt to ensure the perpetrators are apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
In addition to the personal support for the father, the state government has ordered the Kano State Neighbourhood Corps to intensify patrols. Residents have been urged to remain calm and cooperate with the police to prevent further tragedies in the community.
