Hilda Baci Becomes Three-Time Guinness World Record Holder
Nigerian chef and entrepreneur Hilda Baci has officially become a three-time Guinness World Records holder, following confirmation from Guinness World Records that her team’s achievement for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice also qualifies as the largest serving of rice overall.
According to Guinness World Records, this dual recognition resulted in Baci being proactively awarded an additional world record title, bringing her total certified records to three.
The confirmation was conveyed to Baci via email by Andrew Fanning, Head of Client Partnering at Guinness World Records.
Reacting to the announcement, Baci described the recognition as both shocking and gratifying, noting that she only discovered the additional record months after the original achievement.
She credited her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, and the entire team for their collective effort, describing the milestone as a shared vision executed together.
