Join APC E-registration Drive, Benue APC chairman Urges Members

Benjamin Omale, the Benue APC Chairman, has called on members to actively join the party’s new electronic registration initiative. Launching the drive in Ohimini, he emphasized that this digital transition is vital for strengthening the party’s structure and providing fresh opportunities for its followers.
The chairman described e-registration as the essential foundation for future electoral victories and internal order. He noted that this digital database will officially determine who is eligible to vote in primaries, receive political appointments, and maintain recognized standing within the party.
Omale warned that failing to register would weaken the party’s influence and leave individuals “politically invisible.” He stressed that participation is mandatory for anyone wishing to remain relevant, as the digital record now defines a member’s legitimacy and influence.
Linking the drive to the 2027 elections, Omale argued that accurate data is key to re-electing President Tinubu and Governor Alia.
He stated that a verified membership list is the only way the party can effectively mobilize supporters and protect their votes at the polls.
Supported by Governor Alia, the chairman urged all local leaders to take full responsibility for the registration process in their areas. His goal is to ensure the party remains controlled by its true members rather than being undermined by outsiders or opportunists.
