The recruitment portal is currently live, allowing eligible Nigerians who are interested in a military career to submit their applications online.
To qualify, candidates must be Nigerian citizens by birth and hold a valid National Identity Number (NIN) for identification purposes.
The age requirement for non-trade applicants is set between 18 and 22 years, while those applying for trade roles have an extended age limit of 26.
Academic eligibility requires at least four passes in secondary school certificate exams, such as WAEC or NECO, achieved in a maximum of two sittings.
Applicants are required to be in excellent physical and mental health, meeting height standards of 1.68 meters for men and 1.60 meters for women.
Military authorities have stressed that the registration process is entirely free and have cautioned the public against fraudulent individuals seeking payment for recruitment.
